I shall.......
As the old saying goes, I have been in tougher jams.

And yes, the kittyman doth lurketh even when he has been banished from the kingdom.    LOL.

Hmmmmmm....
Is notification of PM via email still broken?
I got one a few days ago that I did not notice until now.
Looks like I have it set correctly in my profile.

I know it was broken long ago.......but with my absence, did not know if it had been fixed.

Probably.  It's never been 100% (though I get mine).  I'm hesitant to ask for server side (KWSN) assistance in the matter, due to the graciousness of the hosting arrangements.  Perhaps if things become problematic we might talk to them & the GPUUG about a potential shift, since really we are leeching here.

Oh, please don't jack anybody up on my account, I was just asking.......not working on my end.
I would hesitate to call the hosting arrangements 'leaching' though, unless it becomes an issue.
They have certainly been most gracious. (Seeing as how many of us are on a competitive team).

Might just be my wacky account.  No problems.  Please let it be as is.

Well nonetheless, I'll keep an eye on it.  While we'd all like 'stuff for free' I believe we still deserve quality service for the work we do, and that includes tester environment as well. Let's sort out something better if it's needed.

Ok........but, as I said, please do not do anything just because I seem to be having a problem with it.
Please.
I shall just have to learn to be more observant of the site notification of new PMs.

Going to bed now, but my email is..........

Does that mean you're had the email notifications for the PM's i sent yesterday?

email notification works here too, but it's normally a good few days before they arrive.

Oh, and have you see the movie......'Burlesque'?
Not as bawdy as you might have though......by the title.
Please do watch it.
Christina is awesome, but stay for the single solo song by Cher late in the flick........her voice has never been more powerful.......great  stuff.........and the makeup training scene between the two of them is almost enough to make ya cry...........

Yeah, the kittyman DOES have a soft spot.........

Trailer..........
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VKxq8PGNMcc

Very powerful movie, kitty approved.

And........this is the song.........and I can connect with it......
Rumor has it that in an interview, she said that her voice never had such a range as it had in her later years...........this is witness.

You haven't see the last of me..........
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IY8WarsOXsE

Pardon me, but........what a statement, and what a voice...........
No, I  don't think you've seen the last of me.

LoL, well you may blow your speaker crossover caps again. At least you should have close access to decent stuff. I used to ship crossover refurbishing stuff from Ohio to Perth, and win competitions with some of the PA gear I made as a kid (well 17 or so). Bass & lower mid were better in mine (proper resonance & alignments etc), but the most obvious difference was with female vocals & high end.  Gave everything a much 'liver' bigger sound carefully tuned, which is a lost art of sorts.
