The 320.00 drivers had CUDA 5.5 Support too.

Yep,

I did have trouble with them on my GTX460 (see earlier in this thread), i need to retry them, along with 320.14 & 320.18

Which apps are causing BSOD ??

Correction:  intial analysis seemd to indicate
that the video driver was the issue. Further investigation showed
this not to be the case.  Apologies for the false alarm.
