Unable to connect to database - please try again later Error: 2013Lost connection to MySQL server at 'reading initial communication packet', system error: 111

Is something broken at SSL ? Did the servers finally give up ?  :'(
Beta is also affected with the above message.

Patience is the answer, as always when there is something not working.
Checking in BOINC managers message tab :

Seems everything stopped at midnight. Maybe the project went home for the weekend?

I can't even get BOINC to start now... it was chugging away, then I stopped to swap out some parts... now it won't even start, errors out on checking status (first start up BOINC) saying Unable to connect to the core client.

Ohh.. well.. and my GPU cruncher is again idle since ~ 07:00 (~ 7 h)..
The 3rd or 4th time in ~ 2 months..

I guess over the weekend SETI@home will be complete offline..
Matt is in vacation..

My GPU cruncher are 4 x EVGA nVIDIA GeForce GTX260 Core216 SSC [55nm] (OCed Edition) and they make ~ 800 'normal ARs' / day..
And the CPU (AMD Phenom II X4 940 BE) is only for GPU support for best GPU performance..

But the GPU cruncher have too big performance for SETI@home.. I couldn't let run him one month continuously for a stable RAC..
Maybe ~ 32,000 RAC..

Ohh well..  :(

EDIT:
'Funny'.. the URL to my GPU cruncher is current working..  ;)

That'll be the replica database - still running.
