Cannot Install

Downloaded boinc 6.12.23 and upon attempting to install in get
a box that says " The feature you are trying to use is on a
network resource that is unavailable"

Click ok to try again or enter an alternate path to a folder
containg the installation package 'BOINC.msi' in the box below.

No matter where i download the package to i get the same
message. Suggestions ?

Thank you Claggy, i should have known that. As it turns out i
already had the Windows installer cleanup utility on my computer
from another similar issue a while ago.
