Direct Compute ratings
« on: 24 Oct 2014, 07:22:03 am »
i recently ran across this chart. As i understand it, this
comparison is much more relevant to what we are doing here.

http://www.videocardbenchmark.net/directCompute.html

The GTX 760 is in my price range and by this comparison
leaves my 560ti in the dust.

Of course looking around online i find many different prices
and variations. i'm presuming that more RAM is better. More
fans for cooler running is better.

And has anyone any suggestions as to brands that are especially
good and ones to stay away from ?

Because we are NOT alone.

You'll want fast ram first instead of quantity.
GDDR5 and in no case DDR3 but these are only on low end cards.
