How did you reduce the executable size so considerably on the new version of the Windows executable?

How did you reduce the executable size so considerably on the new version of the Windows executable?

To oversimplify what took a lot of work, Simon discovered that not doing the overall ipo optimization offered by the Intel compiler produced faster and smaller executables.
