clinfo - different versions

Different versions of clinfo for testing OpenCL environments on a PC.

-clinfo_catalyst was published (with source) by AMD.

-clinfo_2.1.16.01.12 can be downloaded for example here.

-clinfo can be downloaded from boinc project (windows only)
