Only 1 Core Running - I Think; Please Help
« on: 14 Apr 2007, 03:29:19 pm »
I'm running a AMD Athlon(tm) 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 5200+ but after two weeks of crunching w/ sse2-generic optimized app I only get 683 recent average credit while my 4400+ gets 1300+.  Please Help.

Hi,
If you want to be sure that only one core is running, you should look up your running processes in taskmanager (you are on windows xx?), right-click on the clock, there is a link to it. If there is the application you're running listed twice, than both cores are crunching.
