GTX460 settings ?

Um, you're just got 36 CPU VLAR tasks, but no Nvidia GPU tasks yet, keep an eye out that Boinc is asking for GPU work, at some point when there are less VLARs about you should get some,
Edit: you're got some more CPU work now, you might want to check on Boinc 7.0.14, if you go to the Projects Tab, Select Seti, then select Properties, that Nvidia GPU work fetch is allowed.

Your local preferences (set via BOINC Manager) are overriding your web-based settings.
With that combination, you won't request new work until you're within three minutes of running dry. Increase your "Minimum work buffer" to something more comfortable - personally, I'd go for two or three days, not the full ten - and reduce "Max additional work buffer".
