Uninstalled, cleaned up. Reinstalled. Seems ok so
far but no GPU WU's.

   Next, i think i'm getting a GTX560ti unless someone
can suggest something that will give me more bang
for the bucks.
Because we are NOT alone.

I'd hold out a bit longer perhaps, if you can, and see how the 660ti's come out.

     Speculation seems to center on a $299.00 ( USD ) price.
That's out of my price range. The GTX560ti at about $200.00
is do able.

      In another note, i now seem to have almost all CUDA WU's
with a few  astropulse units running.
Because we are NOT alone.

GTX 560ti on the way, likely here Friday.
Will take GTS 250 out and replace with 560.
250 will replace the 220 currently in #2 machine.

 Looking forward to seeing what i can do with a
460 and the 560ti. Been running out of WU's recently
i hope SETI can send more my way.
Because we are NOT alone.

The GTX460/768 is only capable of running 2 at a time, so that is what you will have to use.

Try the value from the host details page, 'Average Processing Rate'.  my 560ti is running 3 at a time & says ~160 (GFlops, so 160e09 ), which would be near enough to reality to get the server side estimates in the ballpark,

Given the 2 different cards, & 2 tasks at a time, probably somewhere around 200e09 would be good enough for yours.

On your Computers Detail's page: http://setiathome.berkeley.edu/show_host_detail.php?hostid=5807368

There is a link called Application details http://setiathome.berkeley.edu/host_app_versions.php?hostid=5807368

From here you get the APR values for your different apps, just substitute the old value for the latest value for 'SETI@home Enhanced (anonymous platform, nvidia GPU)', don't forget the e09 on the end,

Mine is listed as 175.73269304973e09, but I have kept my flops setting at 200.52843553287e09 because of the mixture of the 560 and 460

cc_config.xml with

Code: [Select]
<cc_config>
<log_flags>
</log_flags>
<options>
<use_all_gpus>1</use_all_gpus>
</options>
</cc_config>

It goes in the same folder as the client_state.xml file.
