Is there any optimised client for fermi based GTX480?
I bought one yesterday and it completes task with V12 app in 25 -40 seconds
and all of them are broken.

None suitable for any kind of release at this time.  We're waiting for nVidia to provide the code changes that they seem to have made to get stock working on fermi in beta.  The best option (for now) is to attach to seti beta & use that application.

Waiting for Fermi GTX470 /GTX480 app is over.
Since a while a Fermi usable app is published there
Further specialized optimizatins for Fermi will be done in the next future.
