nvidia driver and toolkit compatibility

This is a small table that shows the compatibility between different driver and toolkit versions:

177 -> 2.0
180 -> 2.1, 2.0
185 -> 2.2, 2.1, 2.0
190 -> 2.3, 2.2, 2.1, 2.0

You can run older versions on new driver, but not vice versa.
