To help out Pooh Bear, and anybody else that wants the new c2 app as a zip file because they have reservations about 7z.........

To use the classic instant messenger acronym  YMMV...your mileage may vary.

Truly...there are so many cpu types out there and so many possible mother board configurations, RAM timings, multiple cores, etc there is no one answer to that.

Faster in most cases would be a good answer.
