Where can I download the CUDA 2.2 files?

The DLL files are part of the CUDA Toolkit from Nvidia.
Here (http://www.nvidia.com/object/cuda_get.html) is a link to the page on the nvidia website. Just select your OS and then click on the link for the toolkit.

Also part of the v0.2 Installers I've moved to Public Downloads a few minutes ago. Warning req. driver 185.85+ and 220MiB+ FREE video RAM.  (If you only want the DLLs, you can install to some temporary folder instead of into the project directory)
