Anyways.........
Responding to a sign posted on the door when I walked in......
Hring Now......many positions available.
I asked the gal if I could have something on top.
She looked at me quizzically......
I said again, on top......your sign says many positions are available.....I would like one on top.
She says.....
I don't think I can assign your position.
I says.....
Well, you could if you were butch enough.
She says.....
OK boy.......bottom for you.
And you just made my day.
LOL......works for me.
If I were not already taken by Lori......
The whips and chains might have come out.......LOL.
But I am a topper all the way, baby.
I think we could have worked it out.....she was a cutie.

Fire trucks got no overdrive.........they are geared for tops of about 65 MPH.....but kinda fast gettin' there.
Many specs for the trucks have a specific limit.....the best one I read was from a demo truck that a rep out west ordered.....
"Rear gear ratio to be the fastest from zero to top end, with the best pull up a grade to 60."
Seriously......that's what was spec'd.
Dunno what the final ratio was......I don't do the chassis...and never get the chance to find out when I drive them around the lot......other than a little snort.....LOL.
I'm not about to lose my job for a hoot. LOL again......
'Best pull up a grade to 60'.........and quite a ride.
