Howdy...  Finally checked my trash bin and found the validation e-mail...
I've got some ideas on getting IPP to do the correlation in gaussfit. Can someone point me toward the testbench so, hopefully, I can visualize the results?

Now, if I can only get VS to cooperate... I find all this configuration stuff a hassle to deal with.  Still trying to get a "debug" version to build, release versions are sooo much easier.  Oh well, back to work...

Hi John,

I've been having pretty good luck using the Knabench1.43 package, from the downloads page (http://lunatics.kwsn.net/index.php?module=Downloads;sa=dlview;id=54):

That comes with some basic shortened 'Test_WU1 to 8' WUs, and We have some other 'FM Series'  WU's we use for comparisions and checking validation at various angle ranges.

About the Correlation business we best chat about that in the pre-release area, Which I think We need to find Gecko to see If you can get in. Basically, with Joe and Alex's help there's been some progress of sorts in the last few hours.

Perhaps we can somehow consolidate our efforts, as I do have working debug configurations, and three separate release configurations .. ( Debug, Release SSE41, Release SSSE3 and Release SSE3 ) ...[All of which validate 'Strongly Similar' to 2.4V-SSSE3 )  I don't' mind handling the MSVS configuration aspect, though there is still some juggling/Jostling  required between IPP versions, trial and retail.

[PS. I'm going for a long needed bath, and rest. TTYS]
