I would have done so, but last night when i was ready to do so, AMDs developer fora were not accessible.

Can you install Vista or Win7 on that host ?

Win7x64 if necessary.

WinXP support ceased so we never get this bug fixed if it's WinXP only and we will not have evidences that Win7 involved too.

Reinstall in progress.
Later: Installing win7 made no problems. My older (5 years) hw was detected correct. Now waiting while download of Cat 11.12 is progressing.
Even more later: I'm tired and win7x64sp1 shows the same behaviour with MBv7r390LHD4K like XPsp3 did before, the GPU driver crashes (atim2tag.dll ? ).
Need a tip please : How do i turn that watchdog system in win7 off ?
