Managed to score my 1st AP v505, so it looks like its working. It hasn't finished yet so don't want to count my chickens before they hatch ;D

I have installed the AP 505 optimized app, and amended my app_info file on 8 of my computers, but still have not gotten a single AP505 work unit. Below is my app_info file. Is there anything wrong with it?

Nope, nothing wrong that I can see (with a quick glance only). There just aren't that many of those tasks around. I get about 1 or 2 a week, and my p4 has probably only done 1 ever IIRC. When the AP splitters are active there is something like a 3% chance of getting one (with the right web preferences set).

Thanks for taking a look. This was my first attempt at modifing an app_info file. I'll just have to wait to get my first workunit. Rick

Yep, while waiting for that, take a look at the server status page. The AP tasks shown in the queue seem to have been all split and sent out, so it might be a while before the Multibeam splitting catches up, and new data 'tapes' are added. Incidentally, it seems uploads might possibly go a lot easier during this period, until the AP splitters etc.. are cranked up again anyway.
