WIn 7 , boinc 6.6.20 how to optimise

Hi.

I know you are all going to tell me this is in another post, but if so Ican't find it.

What do I need to get opt apps running on a AMD see3 compliant machine with Win 7 beta and a (slow 8400) CUDA card, Boinc 6.6.20.

Any pointers greatfully received.
