AMD CPUs should use x86 SSE3_AMD build. It's fastest build for such calss of CPUs.

He means MIMD operation I think ... Sorry, I think GPUs are a SIMD device? so one active instance per Compute device, though I'm sure multiple apps would run by switching one another out of device context (taking turns).

Running 2 apps on single GPU seems to decrease performance.
So for now it is better one CUDA app per GPU.
