I think "SSE2 PM" is likely to be faster on your system, but none of the pretesters had a Core Solo or Core Duo system available. The additional instructions in SSE3 are generally not useful in SETI@home crunching, so I believe the architectural similarity is more important.

You could simply try each for a week or so, then stick with the one which seems better. We'd appreciate a followup post indicating which worked best on your system if you do that.
