Edit of SAH project backoff?

Dirk:
BOINC get a SAH project backoff ('deferred for') of 303 seconds after every well scheduler server contact.

It's possible to increase this to e.g. 610 seconds?

Via cc_config.XML, edit of client_state.XML file, or an other way?

Set your 'additional' cache setting to 0.01, Since Boinc 7 uses a low water mark and a high water mark, it'll wait that 0.01 days between contacts,
you wanted 0.007093 days, but can't set it to a lower figure than 0.01 (with the exception of Zero)
