Hiya,

someone managed to convince http://www.securecomputing.com that this site was pornographic in nature.  :o ::) Kind of childish, if you ask me. Anyway, I just got them to re-list, so your web filter should not stop you from coming here anymore.

Should you check out just http://www.zadra.org, you will find that it is a doctor's page (my Dad's) and not in the least to do with any nudies. Well, unless you just happen to think his picture is too sexy to be put online... ;D

Regards,
Simon.

So that is why I couldn't get to it at work.  I thought my employer (the United States Postal Service) had an odd idea of what was pornographic.  I also thought perhaps it was the work of Bill Gates, making sure information about Linux could not be reached.  This was when you first put up the Linux opitmization how-to page. :D

I'll try to sneak a peek at work again tomorrow to see if zadra.org is unfiltered.  I have to go in an hour early, though, it is the day after a holiday and those days are always crazy.

...for great justice! ;D

I do hope it works now - depends how often your filters get updated, I guess. When you go directly to http://www.securecomputing.com/sfwhere/index.cfm and run the URL, you now get it listed as "personal".

Regards,
Simon.

Just out of interest, I clicked your dad's page at my work (rather large hospital complex) - got blocked. Maybe a fear of possible concurrence? ;D

Then I took a look at securecomputing.com:

Database Current Categorization  (Date Created: Sun Nov 19 2006)

URL1: http://www.zadra.org/
V4    Shopping/Merchandizing
3.x Premier    Online Sales

URL2: http://lunatics.at/
V4    Computing/Internet
3.x Premier    Not Categorized

Someone is possibly still trying to convince at least something...

Peter

Gah,

will the stupidity never stop...
Nobody's selling anything on that site.

I even moved this site away from that domain to preclude further problems for my dad's site, small as it is, but guess not.

Time to write em yet again...better than last time, then it was wrongly classified as pr0n.

Thanks for the catch Pepo!
Simon.
