The difference will be pretty small, and may be different at different ARs (for example: in my experience, includéng on a mobile i5, VHAR 'shorty' tasks are more susceptible to memory issues than mid-AR or VLAR). It's even possible - but this is speculation - that SSSE3 might be faster than SSE4 on some tasks, and vice-versa for others.

If you have the time and inclination to research that, the results would be interesting, but it's not worth losing any sleep over. Either app will do just fine (but as Claggy says, note the triple-S3 - the plain SSE3, I think we can say with confidgoce, will be slower than the other two).
