Better start with the PSU first. Power Source Units tend sometimes to degrade earlier than the rest.

Pizzadude:
Perhaps you could try and running a memory test program to look for errors, I used to use memtest but I believe there are several others.

Or you could test for system stability with Prime95 at least that way you can take Seti out of the crashing equation.

If you have a spare power supply unit its well worth doing a swap and see if things get better.

i take system preferences to lower speed... than System is stable over 3 days

than i think again, mobo or memory it is, that goes on times in crazy.... more tests are in work
