What to use for Debian/Linux on P4-2400MHz system?

Hi,

I recently built together a new computer from spare parts and a 2nd hand mainboard. The machine is running Linux (Debian), and is currently running the latest BOINC with the stock apps.

After a bit of searching around on the Lunatics site, I'm a little bit lost: what apps should I install on this system? For instance, when browsing via the Downloads link to the Linux part, at: http://lunatics.kwsn.net/index.php?module=Downloads;catd=1

I only get Astropulse apps offered for download, no multibeam stuff... When looking in this forum, I see a few (oldish) posts offering multibeam apps, but it's not entirely clear what their status is...

Any help would be much appreciated...

Regards, Patrick.

you can use the standard SSE app or the AK SSE app.  IIRC the AK version is a bit faster

OK. But where are these offered for download?

Regards, Patrick.

OK, I download the Linux 32 bits SSE2 app, installed as directed, but the app_info.xml files included in that archive is not 100% correct (a tag is not closed by a "/blabla" tag). Nothing earth-shattering, but how do I report this?

Regards,

Patrick.
